Refund policy

Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of purchase. If it is more than 30 days, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Only partial refunds will be given for the following (if applicable):
Any item that is not in its original condition and is damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the refund to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Overdue or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and
contacting your credit card company as it may take several days for your refund to be posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@AbigailChavez.shop.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange, please email Support@AbigailChavez.shop and mail the item to: 3333 Bristol St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. The gift certificate will be mailed to you after we receive the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to the recipient at a later time, we will refund the gift purchaser.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of any return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
